Hi, welcome to our first blog in Employee or Freelancing (self-employment). We want to give you a few highlights which we hope can inspire you to follow and achieve your dream. If not now, don’t give up, just adjust, and keep going. 2022 can be your year to make big changes in your career as an employee or take the wonderful step into being self-employed.
If your dreams don’t scare you, they’re not big enough.
Since I was a child back in the early 60s, I dreamed daily. I dreamed I could be anything! A doctor, an FBI agent, an entertainer, an athlete, you know like most kids growing up. Then after years of public school, and practically being programmed to think my dreams would only be dreams, I moved on making my experiences, as a paperboy, shoveling snow, 16 I faked my age to work in a factory to earn 350 dollars a week. Six years military service, chauffeur, casino marketing, a construction worker in Germany, a cold caller in a New York trading company, sales software, doctors’ office marketing, financial planner, hotel management, business club manager, and a few more.
All jobs I had as an employee in the past, but they weren’t my dream. I listed most of my job adventures, for all to know that in some way I can relate to you on a career level. Ok, some of you reading may be pilots or chemists, something I haven’t tried – yet!

My first product was a cd to help people understand the basics of saving, or investing depending on the knowledge, risk willingness level, time, etc. and now we have expanded to consulting in various business and lifestyle experiences, two of my dreams are being fulfilled. I am helping people and I am financially independent. What will I do if my business runs into a brick wall? Well, if I am still in debt, I will go back to working as an employee and at the same time, try again.
So, what’s your dream for 2022 and beyond? Global issues have changed many ways people think and want to live now and in the future. If you are still employed and receive a fixed salary, how safe is your job now and in the future? Are you getting the financial gratification that you are worth? Have you thought about, instead of doing what you do now as a hired employee, offering your expertise as a freelancer to various companies of your choice? Are you afraid to depend on yourself? Are you afraid of failure?
Are you living a meaningless life?

Believe me, being self-employed isn’t easy, but working on a fixed income isn’t either. But it is a joy to be free. I can work, when and how I want, till I’m 90 if I choose and live so long.
I won’t go too deep into getting started here, I just want to state that, you should start dreaming now!
Think of what you are really good at, and what you have a passion for. And think of how you can help others with your passion, 7.8 billion people are waiting to hear about it. When you think of how you can help make life easier for others, your business will also run smoother. WRITE IT ALL DOWN!

Before closing, you will need a great Homebase, which Is having a homepage. Think of your company or corporate identity and how you want to promote it. There are so many easy inexpensive ways to set up your tools and there are many professional freelancers (not expensive) that can help you get started. I am going to recommend one platform and that is Fiverr. Fiverr is the place for Logo design, Web Design, Instagram, Facebook advertising, and a whole lot more.
